His weight has continued to be a problem, he is reportedly still much to heavy. Also, he just had surgery for a foot stress fracture which is obviously not good news.

Give him a redshirt year to get into college shape and he could be a real beast. Either that or just play 4v5 on offense while he hangs out under the other team's basket 😎

Who said that? I know he declared last year and wouldn’t be surprised to see him do it again but I have a feeling he will be back.

Never good, only better than the game before. We're not back until we're back in the NCAAT

I'll just say it this way, MU has three seniors on the team, but we lose NO ONE after this year.

In all seriousness, Ot is a D2 player and he is here because so that his brother came here. He can get hot from around the arc, but he isn't anywhere near D1 level. That being said, he works his butt off as hard as anyone on the team just like Miavich does, so I will cheer for him on Senior night tomorrow and he will always be a true Son of Marshall.

I agree. We will have a chance to have a very special, historic even, season next year with Elmore, Burks, Peneva, Bennet, Williams/Cook and company.

Surbadger, I think you may be confusing the Frampton brothers situation. DD let Noah walk on in the hopes of getting Luke later. Luke eventually signed with Davidson. Remember that Jon played a year at Marshall while Ot played that same year at a D1 school in Texas before transferring to MU.

Ok, I did get that confused. Thanks for the clarification. Do you think there is a connection between why It came later?

Oooohhhh, historic? Like a Top 100 RPI or a top three seed in CUSA?

Since you guys beat us, we've gone 9-0 and you've gone 6-3, not only that, but all three teams that beat you, lost to us in that same stretch.

If we make it past UAB and Western and come into that game at 24-5, having won eleven straight, possibly ranked in the top twenty, likely playing in front of a sold our crowd, you aren't crashing that party.

Then Marshall will beat a top 25 team, only difference.

Yeah, I can totally see why you'd be so confident...
