MyBB ACC Tournament in Raleigh?
N&O link

A homeboy blog but it would be nice to have a tip of the hat to tradition. The ACCT was held at Reynolds Coliseum until 1966. It was one of the largest arenas in the south at the time.

Reynolds was recently renovated and now has a capacity of 5,600. The building was basically divided in half with the arena moved to one end and the other converted to offices, hall of fame, etc. PNC Arena has a capacity of 19,722 for basketball. I'm not sure if that includes the suites.

Raleigh does have a couple of Dennys restaurants.

I thought Reynolds after renovations was more like 9 or 8k? There's not just Denny's either, there are Chargrill's and Snoopy's also.

What about Waffle House? Cuse fans need somewhere to go after their losses?

Oh yes they are everywhere. I even have one in my little town, right next to our sports bar! The All American special is only 7.99, waffle, eggs, grits or hash browns, sausage or bacon, toast. Combine that with the high society ambiance and it is a can't miss!
