Wonder if a team will be put in Norfolk. Given ODU's success and the popularity of the VA Destroyers of the UFL a few years ago, might make sense.

I put this in "off topic" but it could actually be relevant to WM and college football in general.

IF (and its a big if) a true minor-league type football league has success, this could chip away at the player pool given a lack of educational requirements.

Also, it could provide another pro opportunity for FCS guys to follow after college.

More pro football teams means more chances for Tribe players to play professionally. Where it goes is anybody's guess, but it's hard to see this as anything but positive news for our guys hoping to play after college.
