Jerry Rice is the best WR of all time and perhaps the greatest football player ever, but I don't think anyone was quite as dominant as Randy Moss when he felt like playing.

RE: Randy Moss inducted into the Pro Football HOF!
Not a bad week for Marshall and WV:

1)Moss elected to the pro football Hall of Fame
2)Hershel "Woody" Williams (Medal of Honor recipient from WWII, One of only 3 people still alive from the battle of Iwo Jima) of Huntington flips the coin to start SuperBowl LII
3)Vinny Curry (DE for the Philadelphia Eagles) and Press Taylor (offensive quality control coach and Asst QB Coach for the Philadelphia Eagles) from Marshall are both SuperBowl LII Champions

Side note on Chase Litton, he was also invited to the NFL Combine...

that's the difference between work ethic and raw talent......that was my point about DB on our local board relative to JR...

quite a few similarities between Moss and De' Andre Brown.....unfortunately, DB broke his leg and never recovered mentally....

can't play scared based on one year of 'awesome'....all DB saw was the 'booty miles' after that....

As a Packer fan, well deserved. Perhaps the most talented receiver in NFL history.

Jason Williams who Moss played with at DuPont HS and went on to play in the NBA has always said that Moss would have been more dominate in the NBA than the NFL. And that statement may hold true. Moss avged 32 points per game in HS.

While at Marshall Moss played football, baseball and run track, would have been interesting to have seen him lace his sneakers up and play for Billy The Kid one year and Greg White the next.
