as long as he wasn't brawling in the school or at a mall or something. on the practice field is alright.

Actually it was pretty bad. A 14 year old went to the hospital with seizures. Three players left the school. An assistant coach was fired. The fact that he had over 30 D1 offers and ended up at ECU is a red flag. Not throwing ECU under the bus, just saying that we did have the worst defense in the nation last year and he has been rated as high as four star. Hopefully this works out great for everybody, and I hope he has a great run at ECU, and a good life. Welcome to ECU Mr. Hardy.

Yeah, no one locally would take Hardy.

At this point, I give a damn if he punch a nun, we need help.

This.

And for perspective, there are 19 P6 programs that finished ranked lower than Cincinnati.

Tulane got a high quality kid (bumped to 4*) but we shall see if he makes it as he has been pretty banged up which is why a lot of people backed off

SMU didn't take as many as we plan on 5-7 grad transfers

I'm curious - what do you mean by plan on 5-7 grad transfers? Are these already decided, or are they effectively planning to recruit grad transfers for positions of need?

Get grad transfers for specific needs that we couldn't find in freshman due to early signing period. Stop gap until 2019.

Oh, we all agree on that...they're not even hot garbage, they're garbage that has been sitting out for a weekend in January.

Bryant looks to be pretty dang good, but he's not ready physically yet, and I certainly wouldn't want to throw him to the wolves behind our OLine as a freshman, that's potentially career ending psychologically..

Yep. We will do our boy scout’s best with Moore again which seems silly because he’ll be gone when we are done repairing the roster and would be finally ready to step up in the no more Tubberville fingerprints era.I wouldn’t give a snap to any QB who won’t be here in 19’ so that we are not rebuilding at that position again.

SMU: Best average per recruit since 2010. Surprising with the coaching change, horrible bowl showing, etc. I'll take it, 6th in AAC (ahead of Memphis???). Stole one from OU, ARK and TTech. Very happy with the DC hire Kevin Kane, from NIU. Boy, do we need to improve on defense! Really good job UC and Tulane with your classes. Go AAC.

Athletics friendly President (for the first time since 1979).
Great AD.
Fantastic Football Staff.
Recruiting: Louisiana, East Texas, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia
Get ready for cover-zero DB's and disruptive DT's coming out of New Orleans... they're on the way.

Laugh all you want.

You offered him. So did everyone else in the country. Regardless of how he landed in Greenville, he still is going to be a Pirate. (If he can put his past behind him.)

You would have taken him in a New York minute pre-fight... and the only reason you wouldn't now is because he's from Jersey, in your backyard.

No moral high ground from Philly, I assure you.
