Yes. Though honestly it already is Our colors are old gold, royal blue (school colors), red, and black (hurricane warning flags).

So really he could just swap the red for gold on the border and the lines to red and we'd be ready to go.

I wouldn't call that lavendary blue Hurricane Blue.
