Take a moment of Silence for Reverend Billy Graham
He died at age 99 today. RIP You were a great man of God. My prayers and respect to the Graham family.

An impressive figure for sure.
Basically his career spanned from 1934 til a few years ago. Just think about how much change happened in society over this period of time.

The world lost some light today. He was one of the few religious figures of the 20th century that was universally loved and respected by people from many different faiths and belief systems.
If Bill Graham didn't go to heaven, then none of us will....(and yes, he is in heaven right now...)

I think a celebration of His life is in order. His relentless work His life was committed to doing likely had saved Millions of Souls world wide. A Fantastic Person.

Billy Graham delivered Christs message of peace, love, and the brotherhood of mankind better than I ever could.
He was able to unite Louisville and UCF fans under a common ideal. Now THAT is impressive!
(That said, I think Franklin Graham is quite good himself. Certainly not his father but who is ? A bit more aggressive on many things - and in a way, I am glad he is.)
Along with Pope John Paul II and Mother Teresa, Billy Graham were the "grand three" of Christian ambassadors to much of the non-Christian world in the latter half of the 20th century - and yes, PJP2 and M.T. were great Godly people too and if those two also didn't make it to Heaven then none of the rest of us will go.
Those three helped unite Catholics and Protestants under the banner of Christianity and I, for one, would like to see more fellowship between the wings of Christianity instead of the back biting, which is what the Devil wants IMO (back biting and division that is. But to hell with the Devil. In fact, the Devil can kiss my ass!).
