Agree. Is it just me or does he look like a synthetic human?
He reminds me more of a comic book character. I can't remember which one but faintly he looks like spider mans boss. He's an alien posting as a human being.
No seriously, he does look like a comic book person.
I believe the first time I recall seeing Shep Smith was during coverage of Sept.11, 2001. (I might be cloudy on that memory.) Irrespective of when I first saw/heard him, I do remember that whenever I very first saw/heard Shep Smith on Fox, I did not care for his delivery, but could not at that time articulate exactly why. Something about him seemed quite "off" from the beginning--he did not come across as very sincere to me then.
As the years went by, it has become more apparent that he was a contradiction masquerading on a network that did not suit his true political identity. I agree he personally would seem better served moving to a leftist network (he sure has hundreds to choose from.)
There's a quote about Ronald Reagan that seems to fit here in the discussion of Megyn Kelly and Shep Smith:
Ronald Reagan wasn't believable because he was a great communicator; Ronald Reagan was a Great Communicator because he was believable.
Whether you agreed or disagreed with Reagan, he was sincere and authentic in who he was and what he believed. Most modern political and "journalistic"figures could learn a thing or two from Reagan.
I will say that during the past election, although I vehemently disagreed with every single thing Bernie Sanders stood for, I believed he too, at that time, was more authentic than the Witch he was running against or the other jester on the Dem side. Of course, Bernie has since sold out for cash (going directly against his supposed foundational beliefs) and took the payoff, removing the one thing he had that was different for him. That's a shame, and another lesson the Left simply refuses to learn.

It's almost like when your boss tells you to say something in a meeting and you do your best to sell it but you know your heart isn't into it and the other side can read it all over your face.
You mean she can't cry on demand like soy boy kimmel? Perhaps she needs to up her estrogen to the dosages he takes.

Airbrush makeup, fake tan and hair gel (frozen lock) do wonders for synthetic comic book people. Come to think of it, he looks a little like the T-1000 unit in Terminator 2.

Which was likely a lie. That place has been blown down too many times to count.

How could you tell? Some of the hurricanes have probably done a few thousand worth of improvement.

I guess I'm out of the loop on what a soy boy is
Megan Kelly is dead inside and not a good fit for this kind of work. She needs to go back to politics where being obviously angry is an asset.
RE: Inside the toxic atmosphere at ‘Megyn Kelly Today’
She just doesn't have the personality to do the type of show she is trying to do on NBC. She was at her best about ten years ago when she would appear on Brit Hume's and O'Reilley's show where she served as a legal contributor and political analyst.

Nothing wrong with seeking a challenge. If it doesn't work, heck, she's still got the $$$$.

On the contrary, Shep has a great delivery, should be on back of a truck.
