Not saying that he would support it, but where's the comment from Schiff that he won't support it?

Can't say I would really blame though. I would not trust trump to do what's in the best interest of the country when it pertains to the FISA court either.

We've seen quite a few totally unqualified justices that's he's appointed so far to other benches.

I think he's the first of several highly qualified supremes that Trump will appoint during his two terms, changing the supreme court for the better for at least a generation.

You honestly think a court of like 8-2 or 7-3 on a partisan basis is good for America? I certainly don't. Even if it were tilted that way liberally.
