I'm guessing you meant early 90's, and phones were pretty commonplace by the end of the decade/his term.

I didn't vote for Trump because I saw him as a great pillar of morality. I voted for him because I feel he was the last stand we could take before this country tears itself apart due to the socialists who have taken over the dim party.
