Aresco Interview With College Gridiron
Nothing earth shattering--but there is some interesting stuff regarding the league, TV, and basketball tournaments.
Basically said the Sunbelt deal could be a precursor to many future sports deals as platforms like ESPN-Plus would appeal to Mellenials who never have had a cable subscription. At one point he says there is interest from streamers and "several networks". Believes the AAC will be in a really good position this time around becasue the league has performed so well and its ratings have really started to "pop".
The league is happy with Orlando as a tournament site and thinks Ft Worth is going to be huge due to its proximity to so many fan bases (especially the Shockers). Might return to Orlando at some point. Feels ESPN didnt bring up the ranking of UCF enough during the CFP ranking shows. Thought it should have been more of topic. Thinks SOS might be getting overemphasized as there is only so much you can do with your schedule. A good team is a good team.
Pretty good interview.

RE: Aresco Interview With College Gridiron
I enjoy hearing Aresco talk about the conference and his thoughts on our standing as a whole. This guy is making omelettes out of eggs. He often speaks on things in a way that coincide with what the fans are saying and he has some common sense to his reasoning. The move to Dallas can't happen soon enough if it means being more accessible to the fan base.
