Top 8 teams with highest seed hosting each game. Been saying it for a few years now. That's the way it works in the Patriot and the A-Sun. Doesn't guarantee the best team winning the conference tournament, but it does help.

The semis and final need to play in a real arena. I don't care if it is in Alaska or Huntington, WV. Just at a real arena built for basketball..

The conference tournament should be held in the previous year's regular season champs arena (i.e. 2019 @ MT). That team should keep 50% of the revenue earned, the tournament winner keeps 25%, and the remaining 25% should be split between other participating schools. This gives more incentive to schools to grow their basketball programs. Having a tournament with an AAU feel so far away is not what I want. No Conference champion should have to travel 700 miles to the conference tourney unless a team earned the right to host.

Keep tourney, do away with autobid. Give meaning back t the regukar season while still considering tourney.
