Yes ... but now we need Davidson to justify their bid with a win!!

Go Wildcats of Davidson ... beat the Wildcats of Kentucky! Please please please ..... 07-coffee3

If Isis had a basketball team and they were playing Kentucky...

You mean the Jay Vee team? Wouldn't stand a chance against U-ah-Kay.

But Davidson can shock the world - or at least "pull a Robert Morris".

Well unlike ND, Davidson won their way into a bid. That isn't "screwed over" that's winning.

Cute...but winning the A-10 isn't comparable to winning the ACC.

Not intended to be cute. Not winning the ACC isn't comparable to winning the A-10 either. When you win the conference tournament, any conference tournament that is a major accomplishment. They didn't "screw over" anyone when they did that. The purpose of being in a conference is, or at least should be to win that conference. Teams that don't do that defer to the champions of the conferences and hope that there is a place for them in the field, not the other way around. That's just my opinion.

RE: NCAA Tournament
Not again! UVa's Deandre Hunter, the ACC sixth man of the year, is out for the rest of the tournament with wrist fracture. The first year under Bennett that UVa had a dominant team we lost Justin Anderson (broken finger & appendicitis) in the final week of the season, and last year we lost Wilkins due to pneumonia in the last week or so (after already kicking our best player off the team). Now we lose perhaps one of our top 3 most important players because of the roll he played in giving us offense inside plus great defense.
