This years team is statistically the worst defensive team we've had in a while. While we have played good defense in fits and starts it hasn't been great overall. Having said that its still an above average defense, just not what we are used to.

Our offense on the other hand is by far the best we've had in a long time. Some of our recent teams have been offensively challenged from time to time. That hasn't really been the case with this group of players, we have a lot of weapons.

Yeah, just doing some research now on my lunch break. I think Shamet will give us problems. But your main edge will be with Morris and Willis JR. We don't have a lot of length. If the bulk of your O comes from an inside game, we'll have problems.

We do have a little D, actually just coming off our season best performance against WKU. Our main rim protector, Penava, needs to stay out of foul trouble. If he can't, we're toast.

In fact, it's 50-50 betting straight up.

The fun thing about Marshall is they could be up by 20 or down by 20 under 10 minutes and the game could still go either way.

So what I would say from a Marshall perspective, due to our pace of play/style of play, we rarely get burned even when outrebounded. In fact, it changes nothing in terms of our average Win/Loss point total.
