No respect at all for this conference. Ridiculous.

Lose on senior night. Lose first game of the conference tournament. Get snubbed by NCAA. Get a weak seed in the Nobody's Interested Tournament. Showing up is going be 99% of the battle.

I really don't know what to expect; they will definitely have to overcome a lot of disappointment, given the amount of hype and expectations throughout the year.

RE: NIT selection show
Shocked we got a home game and a ACC team, pretty good draw for WKU I would say.....We can beat BC, but it will depend on where our guys heads are at....BC's HC was at WKU in early 90's as assistant so he will be familiar with Diddle and area....

MTSU just wow, I mean even disrespected in NIT, a 3rd seed? Disappointing CUSA has a great season and we have to show for it is a 13th seed in NCAA and a 3 and 4 seed in NIT, slap in the freaking face!

Believe it or not getting two teams in the NIT is respect. In another few years we will look back and think, wow we had two teams in the NIT.

It's only going to get worse

ODU was one of the last four out, joining Maryland, Belmont and Northeastern. Which gets you nothing but a brief mention at the end of the selection show.

Wonder who, if anyone, goes to the C tournaments? Marshall was but obviously is not now.

How were Northeastern and Belmont even considered?

Not trying to start something but all the talk that comes out of ODU about scheduling and you guys win 25 games and still can only manage a high 70's RPI. No reason for that. Even if you exclude the usually good programs that had down years like VCU and Richmond the SOS was abysmal outside of that.

Middle, you should be the 1 seed in your bracket. You win your first game, and don't worry about a Louisville, no guarantee they win.

Western, I'm proud you guys made it!

Kick some ass guys! Keep your head up.

But.....and this is a YUGE but....they didn’t schedule ANY lower division teams. Because that’s what is most important no matter what any other school’s reasons is for filling out a schedule with someone lower.

either st bonnies or davidson backed out on us last minute snd we had to replace with Fairfield. Dayton and Towson were also down. Were in a tourney with Clemson and Auburn but didnt play them.

We only really had 3 expected non coference cupcakes; norfolk state, UMES, and Bowling Green.

Guess we will just have to keep winning until they have no choice but to put us on TV.

We gave our conference mates (especially the best of the conference) crap for scheduling D2 and D3 teams in order to still play cupcakes without a negative sos. You tried to game the system but the committee doesn't care what you do. It literally doesn't matter at all now so there's no point in rehashing it, and I'm on your side. But that's why.

NCAA committee picks the NIT #1 seeds. First 4 of out NCAAs get those seeds automatically, and it has been that way for several years now.

Middle and WKU just punish these *******. Make it look easy. You're better than that entire field whether anyone outside CUSA knows it or not.

Make them know who you are as they exit the tourney.
