Gather all the facts first before making decisions?

Personally I think Vince is doing a bang up job for the position he was placed in. I'd like to thank him for the job he has done. He's a good guy placed in a tough position. As he knows personally many of the dynamics and people at UofL, he was probably the best choice for an interim position.
Much like my feelings for Padgett, I would like to Thank Vince for his service and stepping up to the plate and doing the best he could.
