Other maybe Lipscomb and Fullerton, who exactly would you move down to accommodate them?

After the first +/-16, the seeds are heavily manipulated. They "try" to arrange it so that conference mates don't play until the regional, preferably regional final. They have also been known to "arrange" seeds for TV.

Look at the first-four. They are allegedly 8 teams on the bubble so the winners should 16 seeds, yet the are 8-11 seeds.

Not at all... The 16 seeds are always automatic bid teams. Probably all of the 15 and 14... Is it really so hard to believe that the lowest at-large (I.e. the bubble teams) are 11s?

I don't know... maybe Oklahoma who showed nothing down the stretch. Most undeserving team to make the tourney.

You're an embarrassment to the conference, U.Va!

LOL@ Virginia. Where is Wahoowa?

First #1 seed to lose to a 16. It was bound to happen.

I don't think anyone in their wildest dreams thought that when it did it would be by a 20 point margin!

It just occurred to me. Before tonight, what was the biggest upset in college basketball history? Right, Chaminade over who else, U.VA! They haven't lived that one down in all these decades and that was a meaningless regular season game!

This is not the biggest choke job in NCAA history, or even the biggest choke job in Basketball history. This is the biggest choke job in sports history and will probably never happen again.

It seems the worst two 16 seeds should play the number 1 and 2 overall teams outright. Then, the next four 16's should battle one-another. No reason the worst teams in the tournament should rack up "tournament wins" in those, let's call them what they are: play-in games.

Make no mistakes, UVA should have handled whomever they were seeded against. Although, I don't think they would have gotten by Big Blue.

That's my point. Some of those 15 and 16 seeds should be in the first four but the brackets are manipulated so it is not always 1v64, 2 v63, etc.
