Semantics Question
Question: Is a #2 seed considered a low seed or high seed? You could make a case for either term being right.

I'd say low number, but high seed. Number is inversely proportional to seed.

Agreed. It's just like rankings - the #2 team in the AP poll is "highly ranked" as opposed to "lowly ranked".
