It's clearly in the spirit of preserving the original 2A as much as possible while closing the major gaps. But yes, it's still too vague.

Unlike "the right of the people, to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed," which is about as un-vague as you can get.

It's like that poop in the morning that makes you feel better and gets your day off to a good start.

No, it's not... The original second amendments *DEFAULT*, like all of the amendments in the BOR, is that until otherwise *DIS*-qualified every American citizen has these rights.

Repeal and Replace the Second Amendment
And with each lib calling for the 2A to be abolished, more new members for the NRA.

Walking through the airport with my NRA hat on. Six people shook my hand and said they like the hat.

The libs are hurting themselves in all of this.

RE: Repeal and Replace the Second Amendment
If, God forbid, liberals are able to repeal the 2nd Ammendant, then you know what will replace it ?

Mob rule.
Sectarian violence.
Law and order protection paid to the highest bidder.
A return to Tribalism.

Don't you liberals see ?

The 2nd Ammendant IS the great equalizer.

Why ?

Because God did not make all men equal. A firearm did.

LIBERALISM IS A DANGEROUS MENTAL DISORDER!!!

Finally!

Perhaps in the mean time those Americans that want to repeal their 2nd Amendment rights could disarm immediately, and publicly? They could wear a button that says "Proudly Disarmed" to make it easier to tell them apart from others.......

See you have to take them from the law abiding citizens first then the criminals will gladly hand them over since they won't have to fear being shot at when doing criminal things. Logic ya'll.

'Cause you can't starve us out and you can't make us run
'Cause we're them old boys raised on shotgun
And we say "grace" and we say "Ma'am"
And if you ain't into that we don't give a damn

We're from North California and South Alabama
And little towns all around this land
And we can skin a buck; we can run a trotline,
And a country boy can survive

Do what you must democrats

An ongoing coup attempt, and now a call for civil war. The left is really on a roll.

Yep. I said in another thread that this issue could be the one that touches off another civil war and it will end quickly and badly for the anti-2A folks.
