Speculation is that it’s either a sore shoulder while warming up and he wasn’t comfortable after the inning OR he has a “tight” shoulder....whatever that means.

USM beat writer Jason Munz tweeted “Also told it was not considered serious”. Hopefully his information is correct

USM gets 1 in the 7th, then gets a Hunter Slater HR and then a triple to start bottom 8 when the game goes into its second weather delay (lightning). Not sure if they willl finish this game tonight or tomorrow.

The Slater HR was his 7th of the season which now gives USM 3 players (Wallner, Reynolds and Slater) with 7 HRs each on the season.

Congrats to UTSA baseball as they set an attendance record at Roadrunner Field tonight vs La Tech with a crowd of 836.
