I supplied GTS with a German car, not Russian, to win the election. Come on, get it right.

By the way, still the winner...guess what that makes you?

Arizona St - 8775
Nebraska - 8500
Alabama - 8500
South Carolina - 8242

Schools listed above AND on the BA article projected as hosting - Arkansas and Mississippi.

Last time WSU hosted we had 8153, as we brought in extra seating. Those fans are still around, and as far as I know have not been abducted by aliens. I will check to make sure though on that last party just for DerpyPirate.

Capacity of the stadiums for the 04/11 BA projected regional hosts:

Arkansas - 10737
Ole Miss - 10323
Florida State - 6700
Clemson - 6217
Florida - 5500
ECU - 5000
North Carolina - 5000
Texas Tech - 4368
Stanford - 4000
Vandy - 3626
Georgia - 3291
Oregon State - 3248
Oklahoma - 3180
NC State - 3000
Indiana - 2500
Duke - 2000

If only we had an open hill in the outfield we could set even more people on. You know, bring your chairs and blankets, grill some dogs and drink beer.

I just don’t think y’all are very well educated on baseball around the country. Seating or standing area in the outfield that is not calculated in capacity is at a lot of schools around the country, not just Wichita.

Mississippi State - No*
Arkansas - No*
LSU - No*
Ole Miss - Kinda*
Arizona - No
Arizona St - No
Nebraska - 1/2 outfield*
Alabama - 1/2 outfield*
South Carolina - No*

I have been to a good number of baseball stadiums (including those with stars above). And your point did nothing but confirm mine. You cannot look strictly at capacity and judge how many it can hold.

As already mentioned,
https://csnbbs.com/thread-847846-post-15...id15244381,
Duke plays at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park, capacity 10,000.

My bad, I deleted the post, thought your part was more recent.

Yeah, Duke's been to the tournament once since 1961. We played them at the DBAP last year and it was the worst pitching I've ever seen at any level. Several pitches went behind the batters. Surprised to see them ranked so high.

I'd rather have our tournament appearances than all of their basketball championships and $7 billion endowment. Okay, I'm lying.
