But I bet ole Tom would agree with them.

1. I highly doubt they said anything like you characterized it.
2. No, I would not approve of any raid not supported by judicial authority.

Then you havent watched that joke of a network lately. Never seen a bunch of people more unhinged from reality given air time. Its like they egg each other on--each trying to be more outrageous than the one who speaks before them.

Just because Mueller found out some stuff about Cohen that potentially showed him to be breaking the law, and then referred that to another prosecutor because it was out of his scope, does NOT mean that Cohen has been cleared of other wrongdoing. If anything, it confirms that Cohen is a shady guy. And yes, now that the Feds have that evidence, they'll go through it, and if they turn up anything germaine to Donald Trump, then they'll be sure to turn it over to Mueller.

----

I would bet everything I have that if a team of FBI agents and a team of prosecutors picked through Tom in Lazybrook's life and then his personal files that dealt with everyone he worked with.....

they would find enough stuff to make Tom look like a shady guy. Not only that a indictment and then state or federal prison. I doubt if there's anyone on this board that wouldn't apply to. Especially after they interviewed you. Not unless you repeat over and over and over again....

I dont recall

This guy may be a crook for all I know. But if the feds dug into each of us....we would be viewed as crooks also

I can promise you, if they dug up everything I ever did, they'd find a few things I wasn't proud of, and might be embarrassed of, but they'd be hard pressed to find an serious criminal acts. Sure, I've speed on the highway and I've jaywalked, but like most people, there isn't some crazy stuff. With Trump, there appears to be a lot of crazy stuff.

Most people don't hire lawyers to pay off ex-lovers. Most people don't file 3500 lawsuits. Most people pay their bills. Most politicians are transparent about their business dealings and release their tax returns. Most people don't retain the equivalent of the Star Wars Cantina freakshow as their advisors, staff, and fixers. But Donald Trump is all of that.

Powerful people and billionaires deal on a different level than we do. So I bet you can find the same type of problems with most. I don't think their a person in America that filed a tax return for over 20 years that hasn't fudged on one thing or another.....

even if it was not enough to trigger anything....it's still mail fraud if you stuck that return in the mail. Wire fraud if you used the internet

Every had a car wreck and worked with the body shop to do the work for less than what the insurance paid to cover you deduction? Or a part of your car already had a dent that wasn't reported but paid on this claim. If you used the phone to call the claim in. Wire fraud. Got the check in the mail. Mail fraud.

You travel a lot and I assume a lot of that must be for work. Every pad the expense account? Then not report it on your taxes? If you did the first you sure not doing the second. Again, Mail or wire fraud. Doesn't matter if its a few dollars or 1000s, its still breaking a law.

If you gamble any and win...do you turn that in on your taxes? If you are like most people. Only if the winning are over $600 and a record is made. Fraud

We all break laws...just the degree is different. If you had a team of FBI and prosecutors going after you with a unlimited budget and most of the American press waiting for anything so they could spread it....

you would be looked at as a Bad man way before you was charged. But charges and a conviction would be next. Now be a billionaire and a person in the public eye for 40 years. I would say you couldn't put many billionaires under this and they come out looking any cleaner than Trump.....

they got that way by making a ton of people pissed off. They also probably had a ton of shady dealings. They probably also lied, cheated, stole....

no different than most of us, we just dont have the full force of the FBI and American media looking us over. Their dealings are on a larger playing field and just like most of America.....

cheated on their spouse. Again on a lot larger playing field because money and power gets you things some of us can never get. That's why I don't give a **** about who a president screwed or is screwing. Didn't care when it was Clinton and dont today.

I would argue that most billionaires don't have fixers like Trump does, and they don't have 3500 lawsuits going on either.

Bold...Of course they do surely you dont think they put out fires their self....you dont become a billionaire(most) without stepping on toes and hurting people. Another thing, after power and money, there's really only one thing left to excite most of these huge ego people.

If you guess sex, you got it. You can be dog face ugly and fat as hell and it wont matter to some of the best looking people out there. Because some of those female only care about the power and money they get.

For someone that travels the world you are naive on this

As for the red.....when you have 100s of millions in property and in the rental business. lawsuits are common. Now place most of those in NYC with rent control and long evictions that takes a year to settle....

Apropos of nothing. Sorry, but I'm not going to take the word of a partisan, less than reputable poster, on something he heard on a station he clearly does not like. And neither would you if the situation was reversed. And no, I'm in no way saying MSNBC is not a left or even far left leaning outlet, so don't even go there. But you and he can clear this up with a source.
