Its about high time the libturds on this forum disavowed their nonsense they were spewing on the wiretapping charge last March.

Is there some sort of point here? Seriously, we didn't watch Fox and Friends this morning. What are you guys even talking about?

I have no idea if the FBI was wiretapping Trump. And if they did, they could have a good reason for doing so. Heck it could be counterintelligance related to Russian espionage who could have been wiretapping Trump.

First, what agency do you claim was wiretapping Trump?

My guess is that IF someone had a wire on Trump, that there was ample reason to do it. If not, I'm pretty sure Trump could have really made some hay about it had he lost the electoral college vote and there was no justification for it. But as we all know, Comey intervened in the last week of the election with that ridiculous statement about HRC that got Trump elected. Whoever was potential doing any surveilance would have had to be dumb as a box of rocks to do it without authorization or cause, because the toddler child would have whined about it constantly like a little snowflake had he lost the election (which many were expecting).

What Trump can't do politically, is to do anything about it without disclosing what was on those tapes, if they exist, while he's President.

Sounds extremely ridiculous...but no, I don't remember the media specifically telling us that...but if not, they should have.

He might, but he might have to give Trump up to do it. Sure, Cohen appears to be a slimeball par excellence, but if he can give someone up who is higher on the food chain, then a deal could be worked out, I suppose.

I think he will be convicted/charged with a felony. Whether Trump pardons him or not, then that's another question.

I'm not sure that a pardon really helps Trump in this situation. You see, if Cohen has been pardoned, he cannot invoke 5th Amendment rights to not incriminate himself. So, he can be compelled to testify and can be criminally charged with contempt if he lies or omits information. Fast forward to 2021 when Trump might not be in office. Cohen has been pardoned by Trump. He gets called to testify before Congress. He lies about anything....BAM....prison for perjury. He's going to have every incentive to repay Trump for any pardon by helping convict him. Only way, Cohen can remain at large after a pardon without putting Trump in danger would be to take the pardon, then go live in Russia or some other country that won't extradite him for the remainder of his life.

Trump might pardon Cohen anyway. If he does so, he's not thinking this through.

This thread is golden. No walk back by the liberals here on ‘wiretapping’ after the facts are known. Liberals are allergic to the truth.

The only collusion I see in all this is the Russian-FBI collusion. It sure seems like the FBI is using KGB tactics prior to Trumps presidency and in a way they still are. I never thought that I'd see the FBI withholding information ordered by the government. Who runs this nation anyway, the Congress or the FBI?
