It’s only been 4 weeks....and that tweet is not helping his cause —a head coaching job. The recent tweet pic of him and Tyler was a clue.

But what the heck. It’s a waste of our joy to think about the past overly much. It’s too fresh in our minds, and we can’t laugh about it yet.

I was happy to move on and enjoy what we have without blasting Tubby and his staff. But then Esposito goes out and tweets this. I don't get people bagging on Esposito. He was really the only one on Tubby's staff that did recruit and was a hard working dude. Tubby handicapped him because of the 'only wanting players that want to play for me' attitude. He's a good guy too.

TTaylor and some other guy replied and are still defending Tubby and his staff by saying that it is CJP's and RC's fault that our fan base has lost all patience with the b ball program .... RC hasn't been the AD here for like 6 years.

There's several parts:

1. I appreciate that while the rest of the staff wasn't trying he was making an effort

2. He's not a high level assistant. But he works and can get some recruits.

3. He does a lot of cringe inducing stuff.

I agree. The guy worked his tail off. Trying to recruit players to want to play for the Tub has to be really, really difficult.

At this point in time, Tubby is still on vacation and can't be reached. So Joe is doing some personal PR. Maybe he does not know that he is not a contender (wasn't ever) for the remaining assistant job here. What up Joe?
