What is the length of these signings ? Just a month to do rookie mini camps & if they make it to the 1st & second tenders?

UNT Safety Kishawn McClain signs as a UDFA with the Raiders.

Western Kentucky produced multiple NFL draft selections for the third straight year Saturday as WKU linebacker Joel Iyiegbuniwe (Chicago Bears) and quarterback Mike White (Dallas Cowboys) were selected in the fourth and fifth rounds, respectively.

Since 2016, WKU has produced seven NFL draft selections, tied for the most among all non-Power 5 schools and the most in Conference USA.

USM had 3 drafted for the first time in 14 years.
Only 1 non-trust fund school had more, UCF, with 4. SMU also had 3.

The UDFAs get 3-year league min contracts which basically gets them into training camp. They make about $1,000/week in camp then if they make the team they get 1/17 of their salary for each week they’re on the roster...I believe the annual salary starts around 500k now. At the end of three years they’d be a restricted free agent where they could receive a tender...the lowest one was 1.9 mil this year. After four years they’re unrestricted free agents. If they somehow become free agents with less than three accrued seasons become exclusive rights free agents..who can only sign with their team...for a modest raise...if tendered by that team...until they reach the three accrued seasons for restricted free agency.

The Ravens signed UTSA CB Devron Davis.

Biggest UDFA guarantee I've heard so far: $90,000 for TE Deon Yelder with the #Saints ($15K bonus, $75K base guarantee) and CB Tarvarus McFadden with the #49ers ($20K/$70K).

Saints really wanted a TE and didn’t get one in the draft. Also an advantage when you have a good team and don’t need a lot of UDFAs you can give more to one you really want. I believe the Saints gave a big bonus to USM’s Cameron Tom last year as well.

I believe Tech RB Jarred Craft is going to the Steelers but I haven’t seen anything official yet.

So basically 95% of these players will be cut in the next 1-2 months

I have not seen anything on Chase Litton signing with the Chiefs as an undrafted free agent. Has he signed as an UDFA, or has he just been invited to camp?
