Is streaming to Facebook something new for the AAC? I dont remember the league doing this in the past.

USF streams most of their baseball home games on Facebook (without sound because they don't have music rights). It seems to be a school by school kind of thing, not a conference thing.

this is great, baseball is almost never on TV. I don't mind the radio call but maybe i'll try and sync this up.

I don't see why so many AAC posters gave CUSA posters grief over the Facebook thing last year. I think it's a good thing. I think UCF vs Houston on Facebook is a good thing...

It's great for non-revenue sports. Unfortunately for CUSA, most of their sports (including revenue) are only on Facebook, where they get paid peanuts for it. While we also get paid peanuts (granted more peanuts than CUSA), our revenue sports are all over TV.

No---its a "better than nothing" kind of thing. Baseball on Facebook is good because otherwise, it wouldnt be on TV at all. On the other hand, being on Facebook is hot garbage compared to being on ABC or ESPN--or even CBS-Sports Network.
