I got one from Canada the other day and didn't answer. They left a pre-recorded message-in Chinese. No clue what it was about.

I always tell them my name is Ned Flanders. Apparently Ned is in the hole deep.

Funny thing is they'll tell me the cops are in route and I asked them where. They usually end the call.

Yeah, the fake IRS guy kept calling. I've been audited 3 times. I know the real drill. I worked for 10-15 minutes on one fellow about mailing him a check instead of paying by credit card. That was fun. It really threw them a loop when I ask them to tell me who my accountant is. It really threw him for another loop then I called him a " Damned Thief " in Hindu. Then he started calling and started using my real name and address, so I called the FBI. Then I called him back and told him he better hope they find him before I do.
