Does it strike anyone else that the FBI is leaking to the New York Times that they spied on Trump before it gives information to Congressional oversight committees?

Yea, they are caught in an oxymoron. They cant give details to congress because it might put the guy's life in danger, but they will leak some details to the NYT's if it helps their cause.
