Yeah, reports are 100 N. Main complex will gain 2 new towers, AND that 1 Beale will also get off the ground, with shorter apts/hotel sections. There is also a ton of new boutiques around downtown either opened or under construction. The Lowe's is weird in how detached it is from the convention center, but I hope it gets off the ground and is successful.

South Memphis is also seeing more construction in Whitehaven & Soulsville, and some activity in Orange Mound is percolating. It all enhances our quality of life. I hope that can spread to Arkansas to pull the center of our metro population closer to downtown.

Also, FedEx will have a building downtown before the year is up.
