I've got to (mostly) agree with Mach here.

This is an enormous cop out by Team Mueller. Instead of coming clean by acknowledging that he and Rosenstein have wasted tens of millions of dollars, and more than a year, chasing shadows, Mueller gets to hide behind a technicality that he's clearly known about from the start. The taint of the investigation fully remains on the Trump administration, who look like chumps celebrating this non-result.

Looks like WKUYG types faster than I do.

My only difference with his assessment is that I don't think that an indictment comes out of this. Instead, the stench of the swamp just wafts forward.

He hasn't even proven a crime was committed, let alone guilt. All he has done is indict some low-level Trump campaign officials over process and crimes committed a decade ago. Frankly an embarrassment. Where's Ken Starr when you need him?
