This is a great baseball conference, we should get five in with ECU and a another either Houston or UCONN hosting. USF should be in no problem and really UCF should be in as well, they had bad moments but still a solid team. Hell all the teams in this conference are solid and on a given day can beat anyone. To be AAC tournament champs is pretty sweet with the level of play in this conference.

The line is 4.5 in

Over/Under?

Who is left out?

Is there a surprise from the committee?

Great game Huskies. I think the difference was Kuch throwing the complete game yesterday and us having a rested bull pen. UCONN has a fine team and deserve to host a regional.

Top teams in the ACC bowing out in pool play have helped the AAC, we are now in a virtual tie with the ACC for third ranked RPI. AAC is just 0.0009 points behind.

Kuch stepped up big time. He will be a major factor down the stretch.

This league has a TON of potential. Great year over all. Just a couple of teams that need to pick their games up a bit (and probably will) and this league will be as tough as any in college baseball. Honestly...it is pretty close now.

With an RPI Of 46, Houston will not be hosting. Hell they’re near the bubble.

ECU as #8/9 paired with UNC
UCONN as #16 with TEXAS not hosting cause **** D1 guys for trying to claim they would still host after 0-2
USF as a 2 seed
UCF and UH as 3 seeds

UNCW is about to steal a bid from someone, let's hope it's not one of ours. Currently leading Northeastern 7-4 top 9th.

Update: UNCW is the CAA champ, I'm thinking a 3 or 4 seed in Greenville next week.

North Carolina is going to be very well represented in the CWS.

Anyone screwing it up for the AAC by bid stealing in other conference?

How many teams go?

IMO, with a high conference RPI, a highly disruptive conference tourney further proving the conference is tough, I think we are solidly in the 4-6 bid range depending on other conference results. I would think regular season champ and tourney champ, if both are different, would get bids so that is at least 2 there. Have the quality otherwise to tack on 2 more.

4. Book it. I've seen how the conference is treated with football, basketball, and baseball selections in the past.

Boom
