59 point game for NAIA woman
The school formerly known as St Louis College of Pharmacy, University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy isn’t known for too many athletic achievements.

But they have a baller in their women’s BB program. She has been the NAIA National Player of the Week twice. This time it was for her 59 point performance, just 3 shy of the NAIA record. Last time it was in the heels of a 45 point performance.

Beyer was 23-of-34 from the floor, 6-of-8 from downtown and 7-for-7 at the line. UHSP won the game over Columbia College (Mo) 88-63, so she nearly outscored the other team herself.

She was also National POW twice last year.

There’s talent on every level. Fun to see these kinds of scorers in unexpected places.
