I thought it was interesting that July 1st, 2018 our board will take over all capital construction projections from the TBR. It has been quite a while, since we got an update about the new Music Building and Convocation Center. Both of these are supposed to go on Central Ave next to the Holiday Inn. Can someone ask Dr Rudd this question on Twitter? I don’t understand the lack of steady info. Maybe also ask if there are any other construction projects besides the IPF, Land Bridge, New Student Center with Parking Garage.

A very simple solution is to published a digital dashboard on www. Memphis.edu on each/every project. I’m a HUGE fan of Dr Rudd. He is by far the most engaging, transparent President we have had.

To my understanding the music building is a go. Unless the convocation center is a part of that building, it doesn't look like that's currently in the plan on Central.

Few things:
1) Thank you for posting. The notes were very detailed
2) Clealry our new board is organized, driven, visionary
3) Was just asking the Rudd post macro bullets on project timing. Joe blow public is unaware. Could easily include a dashboard in the qtrly alumni newsletter
4) Pg 94 shows a ~$20M budget for the IPF. Curious what is in each Phase of the project and timing for each.
5) Alumni Convocation building will be inbetween the Holiday Inn and New Music building on Central Ave. It seems that they are on two separate timelines, being the convocation center does not have one.
