Fair Trade is now to be called Fool Trade if it is not Reciprocal. According to a Canada release, they make almost 100 Billion Dollars in Trade with U.S. (guess they were bragging and got caught!). Minimum is 17B. Tax Dairy from us at 270%. Then Justin acts hurt when called out!

....Germany pays 1% (slowly) of GDP towards NATO, while we pay 4% of a MUCH larger GDP. Does anybody believe that makes sense? We protect Europe (which is good) at great financial loss, and then get unfairly clobbered on Trade. Change is coming! 

He's got a point.

His point on the military expenditure is very strong.

I said this the other day on a Marshall political board I post on. For the last 70+ years the U.S. has been like Europe's drunk, rich uncle. The kids really don't like us, they are envious of our money and power, but they have been willing to listen to our stories because they always get a bunch of really cool presents from us. If we stop giving presents they pout and throw a tantrum.

They are allies only in the sense that they need us. We want to go stop a dictator or genocide somewhere and they will throw in a small, token force to go with us, but rely on us to actually supply the hardware, manpower and money for the operation.

They better be careful, they'll miss their $800 billion surplus more than we'll miss our $800 billion deficit. Especially when Trump decides to max our UN contribution based on the average percentage of the other G7 members.

As I said before, all Trudeau did was piss Trump off - bigly.

Now the gloves come off.

I agree with this last point. He often has a point, but he presents it in such a belligerent way that we end up talking about his presentation skills, and not his point.

See 90% of the 'lies'. In most cases, the point he's making is valid (even if one disagrees on the best response) but he delivers it poorly and the left attacks that.

I understand that sometimes this is his purpose, but far too often it obviously isn't.

Id say the last point is the most important. It is high time that the countries that we protect with the lives of OUR military pony up the cash to pay for that security. That..or get the F out and force them to protect themselves. No damn wonder these countries can afford healthcare and other social programs that we can't. The don't have military budgets sucking the money away. Time to pony up leeches!!!
