As a somewhat interesting sidenote, Virginia Tech is adding MT's former Defensive Coordinator (from a few years back) Tyrone Nix to its defensive staff.

I don't think that will be a big impact. However if it happens it will be obvious considering we have so few season tickets to begin with.

Virginia Tech is one of the programs that will honor its commitments and is willing to play in the road. Their traveling fans are first class, too. Greatly enjoyed having them in Huntington in 2011. Wish we had them at home in 2013, though... (or at least C-USA refs for that one in Blacksburg).
