Which CAA School Has the Most Alums in the D.C. Area?
As we all know by now, just 2 days ago, it was announced that the CAA Men's Basketball Tournament will move to Washington, D.C. after this season.

Naturally, we at the W&M Sports Blog created a ranking, listing each CAA's school's # of Alumni in the Washington, D.C. area (as tracked by Linked In). Unsurprisingly, JMU performed very well; I expect to see more Purple in D.C. than we saw in Baltimore! -- especially with a talented, young team in Harrisonburg.

Either way, it's an interesting read. Check it out below.

Good luck this year Dukes!

What are you guys driving that takes you 1.5 hours to get from DC to Baltimore? Horses and buggies?

They also say W&M is one of “the three schools situated closest to the DC area”. W&M is 3 hours without traffic from DC. UD is certainly much closer than that.

Lately?

Have any of you had the long suffering experience of going from even shirlington to Springfield ever?

I did. Something like 13 miles. With a date with a pretty girl on the line. Was more than once it would take 2 hours or more.

In the summer. With no AC.

Made me wanna punt some cotti.

Packed up the bug, waved the one finger Buh-bye, never looked back.

Let’s cede it back to DC...
