Selective responding are we? What about the gazillion links showing that his attorney said he was willing but he sure was ignoring a lot of requests to do so? What are you going to say when he takes the fifth after saying he was more than willing to talk?

Seriously Mensa, think about it. The man is now sitting at home after being relieved of duty from the FBI......the same man who held the front-and-center role in both the Cankles and Witch Hunt investigations, second in command of his division IIRC. I think we can assume he wasn't sent home because he was caught using FBI stamps on his envelopes.

Then there are the thousands of on-the-record text messages between him and others, a very damaging IG report hung around his neck, Comey likely to be called to testify before the committee and who might ultimately be indicted for mishandling classified information, McCabe already referred for criminal charges and likely soon to be under indictment, a yet-to-come IG report on the Witch Hunt investigation........and we're to believe his attorney was serious about that offer?

I'll just say it this way. Any attorney who would advise his client to sing like a bird while walking through that minefield without immunity, needs to be disbarred.
