Basically, the ACC will get twelve teams in. No way the Atlantic Sun, MAAC, OVC, Southland and Summit get more than five teams in the tournament.
No when I'm looking at it- i'm looking at the number of teams left in the countdown. It's possible 1-2 of these other 5 conferences could get 2-3 teams in the countdown. I mean- Summit had 2 teams in KP top 81 last year. OVC did as well.

(now looking at it, we both could be right. ACC gets 12 teams in countdown, Summit/OVC get 2 teams in, and other 3 get a single team in. That would be 19).

Iona and the MAAC shows up at 111. 2 teams from MAAC. So 5 conferences with 17 teams left.

16 teams before NIT teams show up(though with some NCAA teams last year it was around #85 or so when NIT teams started showing up).

Summit will only get one, South Dakota State. The University of South Dakota lost their top player to grad transfer and have a new coach. No one else in that league looks to be anywhere close to SDSU. The OVC may get two with Murray and Belmont.

i know it, feels good lol. I follow a good amount of uconn players on social media and hurley has been working them hard in practice etc. A lot of them are gaining a good amount of muscle. Hopefully that will continue, then Hurley will instill that husky fight in them again. It will be fun to watch a well coached team that actually has a offensive gameplan

Bradley shows up at #91. So with 56 NCAA teams and 32 NIT teams, we're down to only 2 teams before the NIT teams start showing up(though with the caveat that those first 8-12 teams wouldn't be in the NIT due to NIT bid thieves).

15th NCAA team shows up in UNC Greensboro. Got 53 NCAA tourney teams and 25 NIT teams left to go now. Right now teams that show up NIT would be right on the fringe actually of the NIT with the auto bids for the NIT.
