Yeah ... he was crazy talented. But I think some of his conditions that he suffered from later in life were starting to show themselves a little while in college. His Bi polar stuff for sure. We was later diagnosed with schizophrenia.

A transfer from UNC. Which is something Denny Crum rarely accepted.

He averaged a double double.

Easily one of our top 5 centers in our program's history. Wes Unseld tops that list. Charlie Tyra was before Wes. Pervis Ellison. Felton Spencer. Gorgui Dieng. Samaki Walker. David Padgett. I'd prolly rank Cliff 4th, but an argument can be made for the 3rd spot, ahead of Pervis if you just look at stats.

Sad to hear him passing. At age 45. Seems way to young, when you are 48 years old yourself.
