More Democratic AGs waste money

This really should be a crime. It is a misuse of taxpayer money for a publicity stunt.

"Four U.S. states sued the federal government on Tuesday to void the new $10,000 cap on federal deductions for state and local taxes included in President Donald Trump’s 2017 tax overhaul...."

I’ll be curious to see what their rationale is.

I would think that the argument has to be so frivolous as to be worthy of a Rule 11, filing dumb*** ****, sanction.

I see this getting dismissed very early in the pre-trial process as well. It's extremely frivolous.

That should spell out the total hypocrisy of the left to everyone.

They stand by their tried & true "tax and spend" policies creating states that are tax hells then turn around and COMPLAIN about the feds not supplementing their taxes with deductions for said taxes on the federal level.

Why should lower state taxes provide what amounts to high tax welfare?

You wanted it, you got it lefties.

Now shut up and pay your fair share.
