I challenge that description, although I agree with your sentiment and the tenor of your remarks. Being spoon fed propaganda does not make one smart and this mis-identification needs to be trash can filed. Anyone not taught to think for themselves is (a) not an intellectual, and (b) not educated. They are instead state created morons best equated to a parrot. Polly doesn't say she wants a cracker because she's smart. Polly wants a cracker because she was programmed to say that. If Polly thought for herself she would demand more from life than a cracker and would begin by eating the hands of her trainers.

I fear for our kids and my grandchildren. They are being carefully groomed for the slaughter. They've been taught group speak without the ability to think. They are told what they should eat, what they should think, and what they can and can't do. Initiative is severely lacking in most of them, and there is no ability to problem solve because that would call for the ability to reason which means they would think for themselves, which would mean they could not be controlled through the tube, or the silver screen.

So calling these spoon fed celebrities even pseudo-intellectuals is painting them in too favorable of a light. They are Parrots and all they deserve are crackers! And now for the most important question. What kind of person follows the advice of a damned Parrot? When our kids can make that analogy and understand it, they will be fools no more!
