It is legal for local governments to allow who they want to vote in local elections, and this specific instance only allows resident illegals whose children are enrolled in school to vote in a school board election. Clutch those pearls a little tighter though guys, and continue to act like this somehow affects Trumps abhorrent actions in Russia.
