OT: The Night A Small College Team Beat an NBA team
St. Lawrence University beat a team that made the NBA Finals a few weeks later.

That'd be like a college baseball team beating an AAC team.

Thanks. Great find, Mark. I'm old enough that Dolph Schayes was one of my childhood heroes.

Thanks. Great find, Mark. I'm old enough that Dolph Schayes was one of my childhood heroes.

My mom worked for the Syracuse Nationals... different era back then. Some of the players actually worked a job off-season. The players usually hung out at the team owner's bar after games.

Forgot to give a h/t to my friend for finding the article.
