FCS And D1 FCOAs List
Lets make a list of schools that are offering FCOAs from the D1 schools that are not in FBS. This could include schools that are not in D1, but play a sport or 2 in D1.

UND
NDSU
South Dakota
Northern Iowa
James Madison
Delaware
VCU
William & Mary
South Dakota State

Might see some more schools to follow suit to keep up. Stony Brook is said to be mulling about adding FCOAs for all sports. Youngstown State and Towson might as well since they are getting P5 schools to schedule them. UMass.-Lowell may as well. This could be the start of a divide between the lower level schools from the bottom level schools at the FCs level. So far, the schools that have been rumored or said they want to go FBS are the ones adding FCOAs.
