Would a separate poll for the g5 be necessary if the g5 were to hold their own playoffs

G4 needs a G4 poll.

There is no plan B. We attack and don't stop. There is essentially no difference in the g4 and fcs minus a few MWC teams

Ok what if a network paid bigger bucks for a G5 playoff than what we’re getting from ESPN and cfp, say a lot more, it would show case more teams and might just help with recruiting and if recruiting gets a lot better then this FCS argument in of no concern

The AAC are the only ones that draw ratings and we already play ourselves. I'd rather go to ny6 bowl than accept reject status with a loser playoff.

This is the biggest question I have is recruiting, the whole foundation of the plan B success is recruiting would have to get a lot better
Not sure if recruiting would get worse than it is now, I mean look at g5 recruiting right now, all we get is 2* and 3*, that’s what we are a 3* league, these recruits aren’t leaving, where would they go ?

ESPN, CBS and others have already said recently they would like to see a g5 playoff so what does that mean, it means that they want two leagues that will produce a team each to play for a champion, yes I know this will make A5 fans say all kinds of nasty stuff but when the blue chip recruits start choosing, Memphis, SDSU, Boise, Houston, UCF, BYU, Cincinnati and all the rest of the g5 blue bloods, then they will have not much to say

Who cares if they pay? Seriously... honest question. If we get $30mil/yr... but are in FCS... does it matter?

In other words, if they pay you enough to go away, you're willing to admit that you're a second class citizen instead of such first class football teams as Oregon State, Kansas and Rutgers. I'm curious how much you'd actually sell your own dignity for.

We had 3 teams in the final top 25 poll this year. Why would we want to be in a G4 poll?
