Season ticket status
Interesting read. UCF up 8k sold compared to last year and still 3 weeks away from the season. 91 percent sold out. Have any other schools released numbers yet?

With the few tickets remaining all games should sell out.

Way to go. Grab up that loot! PS: Did you guys ever up your prices? I remember that (really well put together actually) campaign a year or two ago comparing UCF season ticket prices against other programs, basically saying that they were way under-priced.

Our ticket sales are up from last year. I have not seen any specific numbers though.

They restructured some of our ticket offers and moved the band and student section back to the south side of the stadium where it was about 8 years ago.

They should be mailing out ticket packs next week. I did already get my extra single game tickets (Chapel Hill game) via email.

Got ours via Fed Ex yesterday. No idea what the # is this year. Last year was around 22-23K. Local columnist in the paper saying we should push/ hope to average 45,000, but we have no marquee non-conference game like Ole Miss or UCLA the past few seasons. The UCF game should be sold out or close. Maybe we get 40+ for Houston on the Friday after Thanksgiving if the game is for the west.

Yes, UCF has raised it's prices. That campaign you are referring to came out in the spring of 2017 to promote the changes being made to UCF's stadium, and higher prices for better seat locations. The higher prices were primarily due to changing from a per season ticket account model for booster club donations to a per seat donation model.

UCF removed the bleacher seats from several midfield sideline sections and replaced them with an additional 5,000 or so chairback seats and turned those areas into "club" seating with amenities not available in other areas of the stadium such as beer/wine sales, better food options, etc.

I had four 20 yard line season tickets on the home side of the field that cost about $1,700 total prior to the changes. With the changes they went up to $3,200. In my case I gladly just moved one section toward the end zone (giving up the chairback seats and "club" amenities for seats I could afford, and enjoyed that UCF was able to sell my old seats for more money.

Ah, I thought that was longer ago for some reason. 2017 was a long season I guess 03-banghead . But yeah, we're on the same pricing model. Donation required to open up certain ticket levels. I will say that your new pricing is now closer to ours.
