If I had tried to predict how the voting would go, I would have been most off on Georgia Tech. Despite the Atlanta recruiting base, I didn't see them coming in tied for 7th.

If this were done nationally, I'd bet that the ACC would have at least 4 of the top 10. I know that Kansas, Kentucky and Michigan State would be in the top 10. Who else? Villanova? Georgetown? Indiana? Arizona?

Nice Chart!! I'm shocked that we are ahead of UNC but the top 7 will routinely make the tourney, with the next group nipping at our heels!!

ACC Basketball is FAN-Tastic!!04-cheers

The Thrillerdome isn't the 10th best atmosphere. Maybe while Brian Gregory is coaching it was. But not when the program has a pulse.

It's easy to see why Louisville was an easy choice to replace Maryland.
We are a really good football conference, but ESPN has kept us around because they need inventory from December through March.

Maybe, but just to put things into perspective... last year ESPN paid ACC teams an average of about $21M each... $16M of that was earned between September and January 1st. The rest of January through early April was worth about $4M each... the rest of the year (April through August) was worth a mere $1M...

TV $$$/month
SEP $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
OCT $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
NOV $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
DEC $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
JAN $$$$
FEB $$$$
MAR $$$$
APR $$$$
MAY $
JUN $
JUL $
AUG $

That Jan-April income is nice, but it's strictly a second job.

There's more money than that to be made off baseball if monetized correctly. A LOT more money.

Perhaps that's part of the value of the SEC? They CAN monetize baseball via the SECN.

RE: Best BB Coaching Jobs In ACC
I don’t care what conference you are in...football is going to make more money than basketball period. Yes the ACC has probably the best overall conference when speaking of ALL sports, but football is king of the south in the SEC, and the big state schools of the north in the BigTen are second with the ACC coming in third possibly 4th depending on how you look at the Big12 when speaking football. But the ACC conference as a whole is the best conference in the country when looking at ALL sports, but football drives the bus literally to the bank each and every year regardless how good your other sports are.

I always like Georgia Tech when Bobby Cremins was there. I liked their style of play better than anyone in the ACC next to Lefty at that time.

Cremins was a good coach, miss seeing him on the sidelines.
