This is a very mediocre navy team.

I think navy looked pretty good but Hawaii is something freaky, if it were Houston playing this Hawaii team today we would’ve been shredded too, I was at the rice game today believe me houston would not have been able to stop that passing attack with all those 5’ 5” speedsters my gosh
Who else in the MWC is gonna beat those dudes, Hawaii might go to the damn access bowl

True, but how many sacks did navy get , it seemed like a lot but Hawaii would just score again it was just frustrating

A Hawaii road game is tough, but it is a disappointing outcome.

RE: ***Official Navy vs Hawaii Game Thread***
I am not sure why Navy constantly only rushed 4. There was no way Navy's D backs were going to hang with those receivers for any period of time. The QB ended up looking like an All American because he had no pressure. Blocked punt no excuse for that. Some really odd play calling at times for Navy as well. Forcing Perry to just tuck the football and run on several key plays was dumb. Go back and run your option set. Two point play call was bizarre as well. No way our slower QB was going to take that corner.

Defense needs to be overhauled. If we don't apply some pressure the AAC will eat our lunch this year. On many of Hawaii's TD tosses the Navy players just blew the coverage and weren't even in the same zip code.

Horrible season start.
