No changes in the Top 10 ... Michigan State and USC
tumble into the 20s ... Boise State top G5.

Houston (smoked Arizona), Iowa (beat Iowa State), Kentucky (W @ Florida), & South Florida (beat Georgia Tech) deserve top 25 more than Miami, Michigan, Michigan St, & USC.

Wisconsin will remain a fraud at #6 until the Big 10 CCG. They are a very solid football team but I don't think they are top 10. They are certainly in the next 5 slots after that and certainly not in the bottom 5 slots of the top 20. But again as things shake out the Big 10 West looks very suspect.

However, Wisconsin isn't the only pretender in the top 10. Everyone below 4th position are highly suspect, including Oklahoma.
