Keenan Reynolds is a Seahawk!!
The NCAA all time touchdown leader was named to Seattles active roster from the practice squad in response to Doug Baldwin's MCL tear.
He was on Baltimore's 53 man roster for the final game of '16 season, but was not one of 46 active for gameday.
Practice squad time with Baltimore, Washington last year, and the Seahawks.

How do they define "Heisman finalist?" If it is about the invite to NY on the day, Keenan doesn't make that cut - #5 in the voting but no helicopter from Army-Navy to the Downtown Athletic Club. I don't recall if Penny went or not, but I know that he was #5 as well (with fewer voting points than Keenan got)
